SUBJECT: Request for Refund of Consulting Services

Dear Mr. Gupte
This is to bring to your kind notice that we at ABC Ltd. appreciate the professional work
done by your organization over the past 3 months in increasing the morale of our
employees and in reducing absenteeism.
However, there has been no significant improvement in the variables that we wished to
change. With no change in the aforementioned variables, it seems that the entire
investment yielded no return.
We, therefore, request you to kindly refund our remaining payment as was mentioned in
the contract. We hope that this request would be taken in the right note and would be
honoured within a suitable time period.
