SUBJECT: Justification on the Companys performance

Dear Sir
This is in connection with the bad performance of our company for the last year.
Though we have had a bad year, we have been able to cut down on our Sundry Debtors
in comparison to last year. We have improved on our revenue side and have decreased
the amount of losses incurred with relation to last year. I would take us some more time
to improve our performance.
With the new government in place, we hope to see good days ahead. I request you to
give us some more time to improve.
