    Customer: Where are the eggs please?


    Shop assistant: The eggs are down aisle 13. You will see a large sign and the eggs will be on the
    run.

    30 minutes later

    Customer: Excuse me, I have been searching for the past 30 minutes and I still cannot nd the
    eggs.
    Shop assistant: Sir, the eggs are located right behind you.
    Customer: I didnt realise, I am sorry.
    Shop assistant: That is okay sir, it is a simple mistake to make. Next time you have problems, just
    ask one of our shop assistants.
