Labour relations in the manufacturing sector in Malaysia.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES :
1) To determine the difference between the number of male and female in manufacturing
sector for each department.
2) To identify the relations between labours with their employees and the company in the
manufacturing sector.
3) To explore the environment at the working place that the labours faced.
4) To study the labours involvements in Malaysia Labour Organisation (MLO) in taking
care their welfare.
5) To analyses the difference between the number of migrant workers and local workers.
