I am an MBA student of Finance in Dublin Business School.

In this conte%t Business &thics" concerns ethical issues that may arise in the
employment relationship. It concerns such things as recruitment selection'
including the ethics of discrimination' performance appraisal' employees(
rights) duties' decision making' control and producti#ity' training and
de#elopment.
As part of my dissertation I need to collect primary data related to my topic.
And I ha#e chosen Booking.com website to select Dublin based three stars
hotels to collect that data. *he hotels that participate' booking.com and Irish
!otel Federation will be recei#ing a copy of my dissertation which I belie#e will
be #ery helpful to the hotel businesses. It will help you to moti#ate your staffs
