Please give these instructions to students:
A good designer should be able to design clothes to flatter a wide variety of body types.
Students need to choose a figure template from the pile provided. They need to trace it off onto A4 paper
and experiment with necklines, waistlines, sleeve styles and other cuts to discover what suits the figure.
They can use the pencils and markers to render their designs.

Students are not to be on the sewing machines

Students may not use the sewing machines or work on production in this lesson. This includes any cutting
or pattern altering, as Miss Kennedy or Mrs Kirkpatrick needs to be there for any of their production work.

They can fix up their folios; catch up on designs, working drawings, production journals and timelines.

If they are unsure what needs to be done they can refer to their rubric, green workbooks or past year 11
folios (in the cupboards under the paper)
