To convert educational plot stamp dwg file to normal file , you need to do the f
ollowing things:
1. After opening the file , in the command line , type : dxfout
2. Save it with a file name .
3. in the command line , type : dxfin
4. Browse the newly saved file.
5. Lastly save it as the newly stamp free file.
Done.
