Introduction
In this report I will present the main social issues from my country.
Poverty
I think that in our country the poverty is a big social issue because most people
have low wages, small pensions for the elderly and certainly the prices are high. If
we compare with other countries from Europe we have a big problem with poverty.
Equal opportunities
If one of the problem in our country in poverty, also we have not enough jobs
opportunities. It is the main reason that a lot of people decide to work out in
another country.
Attitudes towards animals
I think that in our country people was disinterested regarding homeless animals. For
example many dogs and cats without master stay on streets. Moreover some of
them are very dangerous for people, but in last years authorities did more actions
for these animals.
Conclusion
I hope that authorities will do something regarding them problem if we want to live
better.
B. proposal
Introduction
I am one of the people who attended the seminar on the weekend of the !th"#st
of $uly and in this proposal I would make some suggestions regarding the social
problems in our country.
Homelessness
In our country there are a lot of people without a house, moreover some of them
live on street because the authorities do not help them. It will be a good idea if the
authorities would make some e%orts for them like investing money and build
houses for them.
Crime and its prevention
&rimes is an international issue, not just in our country but we can prevent them
with some special classes at schools. 'hat can be useful because children can
understand that crimes are bad things.
Anonymity -a modern disease
(owadays, anonymity is one of the social problems. it can be avoided with some
special centres where people could communicate, and make these people to
