Synopsis: According this the data provided the $21 million dollars the Belleville City Council will

invest
in the city will be divided in the following ways. The majority of the money will go towards building
new roads, sidewalks, and bicycle pathways for our citizens and tourists. The next major area that will
be worked on is the building of new architecture to bring life to the Belleville downtown core. In these
ways, we can see where this money is going, and to see that a major positive change will be occurring
to the city of Belleville very soon.
