The rising demand for automation in industries across the world would further spur growth of
industrial robot sales. China is one of the fastest growing markets and is expected to become one
of the largest market for industrial robots along with Japan and North America. Although potential
for industrial robot installations in the non-automotive industries is expected to rise substantially,
sales are expected to be higher in the automotive industry in many emerging markets primarily due
to the necessary modernization required in these markets.
