Dear Sir/Madam,
ABSENT EXCUSE LETTER

Referring to the above matter, I, Nicholas Irwing, with matric number 4112037021 from
Logistics Management subject was unable to attend the previous classes on Monday 13
th

October 2014 and Tuesday, 14
th
October 2014.

2. The reason that I cannot attend the class is because I had a MUET speaking test at SMJK
Tsung Hwa, Kuala Kangsar, Perak. The test begin only at 2.30PM rather than intitally
scheduled 11AM. The test finished at 4.30PM and I was unable to find a bus to Kuala
Lumpur on time. I only manage to board a bus on 11AM of 14
th
October. The MUET test is a
compulsory element in order to graduate and as I am on the final semester, I could not find
another date for it.

3. Therefore, I would like to seek for utmost apology for not attending the classes. Hereby, I
am enclosing a copy of the examination slip as for your reference
