To whom this my concern:

We have had the privilege of having Valeria Balderrama be a substitute teacher at Thurgood
Marshall Elementary beginning in August 2012.
During this time Ms. Balderrama has been given long term positions from general education to
special education. She has demostrated a big heart for all the students she has encountered at
our school. Ms. Balderrama has administered BPST and Dibels to our students here at
Thurgood Marshall.
The staff at Thurgood Marshall has been impressed with Ms. Balderramas performance.
