FOX - Updating Insert Reports/Localization Reports

Open the report that was downloaded into the Insert Report folder for your language
Create your language forced file based on the report.
o All instances flagged with B - text was not dubbed and requires insert in column D should be
forced, unless theyre not needed or forcing them would go against protocol (examples: we wouldnt
force a title that is not included in the full file to begin with; we also wouldnt force soundtrack
music, etc.)
o If an event was marked with B - text was not dubbed and requires insert, but didnt end up in the
forced file, please change column D to C - text was not dubbed and does NOT require insert
o For any existing translations in column E, please delete those translations and copy whats in the
corresponding subtitle into the cell instead
o If there are no translations in column E, add the translations from the forced subtitles by copying
them over for all the cells marked with B - text was not dubbed and requires insert
o On the bottom, please add a line and add the English words Inserts translator name in column D
and then the name of the person, who translated the full file into column E
o Update the file name of your updated report to include _SDI at the end and save it in the Y-Final
folder
