Way has become one of the three largest pharmacies in Maryland

with 165 locations.
+ HealthWay currently serves 345 companies and organizations
+ The number of employees has grown from 500 to 2,620. Put
together, HealthWay employees are 2.8 miles long, which is enough
to go from the Naval Academy to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial
Stadium and back.
+ HealthWay is in the process of adding 1 million customers through a
partnership with the Maryland State Employee Association (MSEA).
HealthWay continues fast and furious
expansion:
Mail-Meds are the medical must-have.
+ Mail-Meds is a prescription-by-mail delivery service.
+ The per-unit cost of Mail-Meds for a 90-day supply is 25% less
expensive than the same drug bought for a 30-day supply from
walk-in pharmacies.
+ The Maryland Offce of Economic Development has already given
fnancial support to the construction of a processing facility to
accomodate new customers from the MSEA partnership, which
focuses on providing MSEA members Mail-Meds services.
