PHC554 Practical Powder Flow

Protocol:

1. Internet and literature search to identify existing techniques used
in powder flow characterization.

2. Class of 9 groups or individual student to design powder flow
measurement protocol and technique from theory classes.

3. The system may be built using cardboard with appropriate
dimensions and physical stability.

4. The powder flow test may be conducted in Pharmaceutical
Technology Laboratory, FF3, Faculty of Pharmacy UiTM or at
other venues. All data, design and observations must be recorded
and translated to reports.

5. A 2-hour class will be held for students to demonstrate their
translation from theory to practice.

6. Date for hardcopy report submission and demonstration: To be
announced.
