COOKING METHOD INCOME (Bengkulu):
1. Mangkukan crushed leaves with salt.
. Drain.
2. Marinate mackerel with ground spices. Wrap like Pepes.
Steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
3. Once cooked, open the Pepes. Place on a plate. Set aside.
4. Heat the oil. Saute until fragrant spices waste.
5. Add onion, celery leaves, galangal, lemongrass, tamarind Kandis, and leaves mangkukan.
Stir until wilted.
6. Stir in coconut. Stir well.
7. Add coconut milk, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Cook until cooked and thick gravy.
8. Flush on mackerel
