Pet hates are something that is disliked
intensely and is a constant or repeated
annoyance.
They are also defined as things that
certain people find irritating.
2/ Fear:
Fear is a feeling of agitation and anxiety
caused by the presence or imminence of
danger.
It is controllable.

Positive influences:
- Fear is considered as a peoples defense
mechanism.
- Make people become more vigilant and careful.
Negative influences:
- People are always under the pressure of their
phobias.
- People may be in danger if they cant control
their emotions.
- People will have negative activities to avoid
their phobias.
- Making bad impacts on peoples health (both
physical and mental).


HOW TO TREAT THE PHOBIA?
Try to step-by-step approach your phobia.
Expose to the fear/phobia in a safe and
controlled setting.
Observe and imitate people who are not
afraid of what you fear.
Get the help of technology to cure the
phobia.
Learn about phobias (phobias are common,
having a phobia doesnt mean that you are
crazy, phobias are highly treatable).
Learn relaxation techniques (deep breathing,
meditation, muscle relaxation).
Try to replace the feeling of fear with a
feeling of relaxation.
