Chocolate Pecan Tart

1 cup flour
1 stick butter
3 oz cream cheese
Mix butter and cream cheese, gradually mix in flour ..do not overmix, chill one
hour and then press into pan.
Filling
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp real vanilla
Half or quarter pecans, add 1 cup.


Filling Mix together egg, sugar, and vanilla. Fill tart pan and cook for 25 minutes
in 325.

Chocolate Drizzzle
4 oz dark chocolate
1/4 litre heavy cream for whipping
3 TBSP dried cranberries
1 sprig of mint, per each serving.
Melt Chocolate in Double Boiler and drizzle over Pecan tart.
I love the additioin of dried cranberries as a garnish or even baked in. Just about 1
TBSP in the flan to lift and to give a surprise. Whip cream and garnish with sprig
of mint and dried cranberries for colour.
