Roasted Acorn Squash

tsp each nutmeg and cinnamon


3 TBSP brown sugar
cup melted butter.
Melt butter, rub into squash


Peel squash well making sure there is no green still attached. Cut into half rounds, rub into mixture. Put
on roasting tray. Cook at 400F for about 20 minutes, turning once. Serve three small pieces or one large.
