ORDER AND JUDGMENT


For the reasons expressed in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law issued this
date, and in light of the representations to the court of Mr. Ramsay Clark, counsel for the
defendant, that the defendant would not participate in this case after contesting jurisdiction, it is
hereby
ORDERED that a default judgment is hereby granted in light of the Clerks entry of
default, ECF No. 31, and the failure of defendant to appear at subsequent proceedings; and it is
further
ORDERED that final judgment is entered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant
Syria in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that plaintiffs are entitled to a total damages award of $338,000,000, to be
distributed as follows:
-- Marvin Wilson and the Estate of Ronald Wyatt are each entitled to $5,000,000
in pain and suffering damages;

-- Renetta Wilson and Mary Nell Wyatt are each entitled to $4,000,000 in
solatium damages;
-- Daniel Wyatt, Amanda Lippelt, Michelle Schelles, Marty Wilson, Kimi Johns,
Gina Wilson, Bradley Key, and Barry Key, are each entitled to $2,500,000 in
solatium damages;
-- plaintiffs are entitled to one award of $300,000,000 in punitive damages, to be
distributed equally among the plaintiffs; and it is further
ORDERED that plaintiffs shall forthwith, at their own cost and consistent with the
requirements of 28 U.S.C. 1608(e), send a copy of this Order and Judgment, and the
Memorandum Opinion issued this date, to defendants.
This is a final appealable order. See Fed. R. App. P. (4)(a).
