Steps to opening a lesson

1. Greet class
2. Review Yesterdays lesson and check they learned and understood
the lesson
3. State the lesson and objective for the day
4. Tell what will be done that day and what the students are expected
to complete and learn.

Steps to closing a lesson

1. Review what the objective was and what was learned.
2. Ask questions to check that the class understood the lesson.
3. Discuss any homework or studying related to that lesson.
4. Dismiss class.
