Olive oil
4 red and yellow peppers, chopped the size of the shrimp
1 t. red pepper flakes
8-10 cloves garlic, minced
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
c. white wine
c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 jar Alfredo sauce
Penne pasta (1 lb.), cooked
1 lb. shrimp (cooked)
Bring a pot of water to boiling and cook the penne according to pkg. directions. In a large
pot, saut the chopped peppers and garlic in olive oil, seasoned with red pepper flakes. Add
the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
