Recipe Name: #1 - Chicken Pesto Pasta

Method:
Step

Instruction
Start by filling a big pot with water, and boiling on a stove.
Once the water is boiling, pour the tri-color pasta into the pot
and allow to cook, by placing the lid half on and off the pot to
avoid bubble-overs
On a chopping board start cutting the chicken strips into small

pieces and start warming up the fry pan. Once the frypan is hot,
spread butter over it and cook the chicken for 10 min
on a separate chopping board, and using a different knife (to
avoid cross-contamination) start slicing the carrot, cucumber,
and onion into thin strips
once the pasta is finished, strain into sink, and rinse over with
cold water, and place into a bowl
mix the 1 cup of pesto in with the pasta, along with the cooked
chicken strips and chopped up veggies.
Once done, sprinkle some salt over the top, and pepper if you
wish.
(add some other seasonings to get creative!)
Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of the mixed pasta
serve up and enjoy!
