After much research upon seeing the advertisement posted on the Milwaukee Times dated
16th January 2009, and having heard many glowing reviews about Mitchells Fish
Markets hospitality, I have decided to apply for the position of Chef.
I am very keen to be considered for this job and I believe I am amply qualified for this
position. Having worked for four years as the Sous Chef at Itallianies: a reputed and
bustling fine dining restaurant at the Paradigm Mall branch in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, I
believe I have gathered sufficient experience and knowledge to be an asset to Mitchells
Fish Market. I have a good reputation and much experience at keeping the costs in line
without compromising the quality of the fresh food between delivery and preparation,
while adhering to company standards of safety and sanitation. I also have a knack for
adapting and learning menu items.
It would be a great pleasure working with such a distinguished establishment, and I hope
