About This Document


This is a user guide, to assist you in setting up Office365 Email from your personal Blackberry
mobile device (Blackberry)
Before you start

Internet Connection - Ensure there is an active Internet connection on your Blackberry (Mobile

Data Connection (preferably 3G) or WIFI) with access to Internet.

Email Password Your email ID / address is automatically populated. Youre only required to
enter your Sime Darby Corporate Email password.

1. Configure Corporate Email Access

1. Notification of Email changes will be


displayed under Blackberry Hub.
(Blackberry Hub is located on the
leftmost screen).
2. Under Blackberry Hub tap on
Notifications

1. Tap on Account Info Needed.

3. Configure Corporate Email Access


Enter Password

1. Scroll down the page and enter your Outlook email password.
2. Tap on Save after you are done.

4. Email Download

Sync from server, Completed


1. Your new password will be used to verify
against the email server. Once the password
is verified, you will be brought back to your
mailbox. Email will be downloaded.
Depending on the network connectivity and
the number of emails, your emails should be
sync after 15 minutes.

Please check your mail. Email has


been switched from Lotus Notes to
Microsoft Outlook.

Alternatively, you can go to your


mailbox by tapping on your email.
