First, launch the PowerPoint program and pick


what kind of document you want to create.
Choose to create a blank presentation.
Next, choose a design by clicking on the design
tab. To get a picture of what the design will look
like, hover over the design and it will give you a
preview.
Create a title page. Click the box that says,
Click to Add a title.
Add more slides as needed. There are a few
ways. You can click the tab that says, New
Slide. Another way is right click in the area
under the first slide and click, New Slide.

5. Add graphics such as: charts, pictures and graphs by


clicking the, Insert tab. Click the designated and then
insert.
6. Add transitions by clicking the, Animations tab.
7. Make sure slide show is in order
8. Play your presentation by clicking the, Slide Show tab
and click, From the beginning
