Pattern Tool

To create this pattern. I first started off by getting a small

image, selected the image and then moved it to a new page. I
used the marquee to select the pattern I wanted; I then moved
it to the white background. I then clicked define pattern,
pressed ok, then clicked fill and then for use; I choose pattern
and for custom I chose my own pattern then clicked ok. Then I
deselect layer 1 which was my selected pattern, and then
double clicked layer 2 to unlock my background. I went onto
edit, pressed fill and selected ok.
