- When I work, I dont quit until work is done and accomplished.

- Helping others. Concerned for others.

3. How do you evaluate success?

- Keeping positive, keep going dont give up.

4. Describe a difficult work situation/ project and how you overcame it.
- a difficult situation, you try to help each other, if serious ask supervisor for help as to not fall behind.

5. How do you handle stress and pressure?

- Take a break, calm down, have a drink. Then get back to work.

6. What is your biggest accomplishment thus far?

- I work nights, goal to finish on time or early often finish early.

7. What is your greatest weakness?

- Can be aggressive, working on improving.

8. What is your greatest strength?

- That I dont stop until Im done.

9. Why should we hire you?

- A good team player, work well with people. Help others and gets along well with them

- No expectations, up to employer, its negotiable.
