    MATERIALS AND METHODS

    This chapter provides the flow of the system to be able to understand on how it
    will be used in future industry.
    Project Design
    The Patient Record System of RNJ Family Planning and Birthing Center in Cavite
    City enables adding, update, searching, keeping the records of patients and printing
    needed document such as medical certification, birth certificate and reports. Figure 2
    presents the context diagram of the study.

    Having effective record system is the main focus of the study. As illustrated in the
    Context Diagram on Figure 2, two major entities are involved: the administrator and
    patient.
