Mouse Troubleshooting
Symptom 1: Dirty Mouse
Solution
- Clean the mouse using dump cloth
- Clean ball and inside part of the mouse
Symptom 2: Dead mouse (mouse do not function
totally)
Solution
- Reboot your system and check your mouse
- Replace with new device
- Check power using multi meter
- Check mouse cable
Symptom 3: Left and right click is interchanged
Solution
- Go to control Panel mouse
- Change to appropriate position
Symptom 4: Pointer speed
Solution
- Go to control Panel mouse
- Change to appropriate mouse speed
Symptom 5: The mouse stack it cant move to any
direction
Solution
- Check mouse cable
- Restart your computer

Symptom 6 : Ps/2 Mouse is plugged to wrong

- Plug to the write ps/2 mouse port
- Reboot your PC
