Well as you know there are some bad lodgers too; although that i recommen you getting their
currculum vitaes with some references on it, information of their parents or close friends could be
written in the CV they can help you to find your lodger when she/he decides to go away without notice
you, other form will be have a garantee it means aun anticipe pay for the rent so un case she/he left the
room you can use this money whitout ante problem.

as well as you're trying to find a new replacement. Of course i also think is not good to left in the
middle of the night. She has not only a debt with you, practically she escaped. But at the same time i
think you both should have talked. Finally i think you have to wait until she appears and try to search
