WORKING TIME TABLE

1. Working Time Table will be prepared and supplied on the orders of COM by the zonal
head quarters office.
2. It is prepared once in a year separately for each and every division in the zone.
3. The time table committee headed by CPTM at zonal level will review the working time
table from time to time and makes necessary changes on the orders of COM.
4. All the changes will be included through amendment/correction slip to the W.T.T.
5. Supervisory officials like TI, SS and CCC shall arrange to supply copies of W.T.T. to the
station staff, Guards ,Drivers and all the staff involved in train passing duties.
6. All the staff involved in train passing duties shall posses' up-dated copy of the WTT
while on duty for reference and inspection by higher officials.
7. It contains the following information.

total number of stations, route kilometers, inter distance between stations, etc.
signaling system and interlocking.
booked speed /MPS, skip time, engineering allowances, crossings, etc.
LC gates location with K.M and gate numbers.
Gradients, permitted sectional tonnage, axle load restrictions ,etc.
special instructions for ODC, Marshalling, Minimum running time and Normal
running time, etc.
viii. Interchange points with adjacent divisions /railways, permanent speed
restrictions and integrated blocks.
ix. Important telephone numbers of stations, local civil and police officials,
hospitals, etc.
x. General information pertaining to the whole division including map.
