Interview project

The Interview project is a an assignment for all Business Technology Students to collect information
by asking someone a series of questions about their job. Using the information gathered, we are to
write properly formatted pieces, such as this memo. There is also a business letter and a business
report to do with the information.
Dave Barth is the Co-Owner of the business AscomNorth or Acme, located at 6100 U.S. 31
Williamsburg, MI 49690. Barth is the Vice President of sales and Administration, in charge of all
company sales, accounting, purchasing, office functions insurance personnel, etc.
Barth brought to light that way technology is used in todays world. He expressed the way we use
technology in every aspect of life, as far as communication throughout buildings and between people.
Imagine a school without an announcement system or overhead projectors, or a hospital without
phones or ways to communicate emergencies. Technology is used today more than ever before.
