Introducing
ScanTrac Crescendo X-ray Inspection
Two Beam High / Low Inspection Optimal Detection Tall Containers
ScanTrac Two Beam Inspection
InspX developed the Crescendo to meet the demands for
full containers inspection of institutional packages such as the Number Ten (A4) can (603 x 700).

Side View Inspection Two Beams
The ScanTrac Crescendo inspects tall packages in single file
using a two beam x-ray system for complete container inspection.
ScanTrac Two Beam Inspection
Crescendo inspects containers up to 300 mm in height.
ScanTrac Two Beam Inspection
A single beam system has to fit a large container
into an inspection window with differing distances from the energy source.
ScanTrac Dual Beam X-ray Inspection
The ScanTrac Crescendo
applications include Number Ten cans, large volume glass jars, and other tall containers. The ScanTrac Crescendo beams scan from the bottom up and from the top down.

ScanTrac Two Beam Inspection
In this inspection of a Number Ten (A4) can, the
contaminant highlighted in the red box on the left hand image (top looking down), is virtually invisible to the bottom looking up image on the right.
ScanTrac Dual Beam Inspection
This left image (top looking down) provides a clear
image of head space and top seam. Reliable inspection of both can be made by the Crescendo while enhancing the overall contaminant inspection available from both views.
