In the 20th century there were so many organisations on the IT industry has made benchmark

success and there are few companies went to disaster due to poor organisation practices. In
this paper we did a research on Atlassian, which was successful organisation. This has won
couple of times on HBR for best place to work award. We reviewed their success through our
research and we analysed the values and their HPWP of their company and found there are
some best practices helped them to reach this goal.
On the other hand, in our study there was some serious problems has been found on their
steep growth drastic increase level of staff, and vast expansion of the new offices at different
countries. They will be facing lots of setbacks on following their success values, there will be
cultural erosions and will be highly difficult for them to keep these current values and
cultures translated to different peoples. As they grow Atlassians need to observe the HPWP
as they grow, such as organization commitment on cultural training, streamlining the process
on globalization, conscious on disempowering effect occur in self directed teams, Lack of
face to face communication can negatively impact remote employees. As a recommendation
from organization behavior point of view, atlassain need to follow the HPWP to sustain their
growth on their rapid expansion.
