Class observation

In this class observation, I think was very important in my development as a teacher because I
can learn different things and I can focus in other details.
The teacher didnt use the board as main resource instead of that He tell a story with real
situations using the causative verbs and it made students laugh so I consider it will be
memorable for the students.
I notice that in teaching grammar the teacher didnt use different interaction patters he let
students to resolve by their own the exercises from the book and then they compare their
answers with a partner and then he check them.
Also I can learn how to deal with the behavior of some students due to the fact that there
were few students (6 students) the misbehavior of some students was notorious; however the
teacher didnt use his time disputing with them otherwise he didnt pay attention to them and
he could teach without problems.
