I am Julianne Pierre Macrohon Sebastian, an incoming second year student currently

taking summer classes at the University of Santo Tomas College of Nursing. It is with
great interest to express my humble concern to your office.
I learned that there will be an orientation for all incoming second year students.
Unfortunately, I just learned it in the second week of the summer classes in which my
parents already booked me for a flight bound for Zamboanga City dated May 19, 2013.
In the section where I belong, we were scheduled on May 23, 2013. There is also a
scheduled orientation on May 20, 2013. It is my sincerest request for your consideration
in allowing me to be in the first batch who will attend the orientation in May 20, 2013.
Attach with this letter is my ticket dated May 19, 2013. Should I be consider, we will get
an another promo ticket dated May 21, 2013. I am hoping for your favorable response.
