Concerts canceled in NH, Quincy after drug overdoses

The affects from several overdose deaths have led to the


cancellations of two popular concerts. According to the Union Leader, the Verizon
Wireless Arena in Manchester, N.H., has pulled the plug on the rave concert by
Barstool Blackout Tour scheduled for Sept. 28.

Six Flags New England officials have canceled an all-ages electronic music festival staged by the same promoters whose Quincy shows saw 12
overdoses this summer, most from the red-hot club drug molly. Park officials today confirmed they have called off Electric Adventure, which had
been slated to take place at the Agawam amusement park Sept. 28.

The Ocean Club in Quincy also canceled a Sept. 20 concert, reports the Boston Globe.
