Childhood

You never understand the true value of something while you have it, not entirely.
Childhood seems to be a never ending torture for the kids nowadays with continuous
schools, friendship drama, scolding by parents and teachers, lots of homework, less
permissions and more rules. But for the elders, childhood is a blessing which is lost now. It
is just a sweet memory and the sentimental value of this blessing is indeed priceless. Being
dependent on our parents, family outings, birthday parties, school trips, the first mobile,
the first computer, moms prayers for our success and the gifts dad always brought back for
us from his trips are some of my most cherished childhood memories.
