Sealed tender are invited for the following works in (Operation) circle Anantapur from the
eligible contractors.
Transportation of materials from various departmental stores to District Stores,
Anantapuram in Anantapuram circle.

The date and time of receipt of tenders and opening of tenders is indicated below.
The tender documents can be purchased from the O/o. SE/ Operation / Anantapur on payment of
cost of tender schedule. The cost of tender schedule for each specification is shown below and is to be
paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of A.O(Expr)/ APSPDCL /CO/ Anantapur. If tender schedule is
to be sent by post an amount of Rs. 50/- shall be paid extra in addition to the cost of tender schedule

1) Tender schedule will be issued

From 21/08/2014 to 25/08/2014 on any

working day during office hours i.e. from 10.30 AM
to 5.00 PM

2) Last date for receipt of tender schedule

:Upto 15:00 Hrs.on 26/08/2014

3) Date of opening of sealed tenders:

:At 16:00 Hrs.on

26/08/2014

4) The APSPDCL is not responsible for any delay (or ) non-receipt of tender schedule sent by post.
5) The cost of tender schedule will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6) The cost of tender schedule shall be paid in the form of separate DD drawn in favour of A.O.(Expr)/CO/
/APSPDCL/Anantapur for each Tender shedule.
7) If the date of opening of tenders happens to be a holiday the same will be opened on the next working day.
8) The SPDCL reserves the right to reject any (or) all the tenders with out assigning any reasons there of.
