District. During this ‘time, Miss Becker has demonstrated exceptional teaching qualities. She planned and implemented numerous differentiated lessons. These lessons included large group instruction in which she introduced the focus of the lesson, small group differentiated instruction to directly instruct and/or challenge students, and differentiated independent work where students practiced the skill that was taught. Miss Becker documented student progress daily as she conferenced with students, holding students accountable for individual goals that were set for them. During her time in First Grade, Miss Becker had the opportunity to work with a diverse population that included students with learning disabilities, students with speech impairments, and a student thatis selective mute . She successfully planned for each of these students and challenged every student to work to his/her fullest potential. Miss Becker took the time to build a positive rapport with each student.
