Subject: Request for deferment w.r.t. joining at Bhavnagar as APD Grade IV-reg.

Sir,
With reference to CHQ letter no. F. No. A.32013/189/2014-DPC, dated: 12/11/2014, I
have been selected for APD Grade IV for Bhavnagar Airport. As per instruction contained
in above said letter, I have to join at Bhavnagar Airport by 1st December 2014. At present I
am doing RCAP course at CATC Allahabad as per CHQ letter no. AAI/ATM/HRD/2907/2014/1403-29, dated: 31/10/2014, which will be continued till 2nd January 2015.
As the above course is important for my parent cadre, I may please be allowed to
complete the course and It is also requested to defer my joining at Bhavnagar Airport till
20th January 2015, so that I may complete my above said course and take relieving from
Coimbatore Airport.
