    We take pleasure in introducing to you our Talent Program "CAReer" for trainees. In a relatively
    short duration of time, this program provides trainees with extensive insights into the corporation and
    prepares them professionally and personally for their tasks ahead. We are happy to roll out this
    premier program once again at Mercedes-Benz India and are looking for talented candidates with a
    passion for automobiles in the following areas:
    1. Finance & Controlling
    2. Marketing
    3. Operations
    4. Procurement
    5. Sales

    The Program Structure

    The Recruiting Process

    1st shortlisting of eligible candidates


    Online Assessment Center [OAC] online link will be sent to each shortlisted candidate
    2nd shortlisting of candidates who qualify the OAC
    Telephonic interviews & verification of eligibility criteria
    3rd shortlisting of candidates who qualify the tele-interview
    On Site Assessment Center [AC] at our plant in Pune
    4th shortlisting of candidates who qualify the AC
    Final Personal Interview at our plant in Pune

    Eligibility Criteria
    A premier program attracts premium selection criteria. Only those candidates who fulfill the
    following requirements may apply:
    Academic degree Bachelors Degree and
    Masters Degree in Management
    Grades/Scores must be equal or higher than 60% i.e. first class throughout
    Academic
    No backlogs will be permitted
    background
    Work experience

    Other Skill Sets

    0-40 months work experience after last education


    At least 06 months international experience/exposure/internship would be an
    added advantage
    Fluent in English
    Fluency in German would be an added advantage
    Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
