Practice Behaviors
9.1 Continuously discover, appraise, and attend to changing locales,
populations, scientific and technological developments, and emerging societal
trends to provide relevant services.
Utilize the programs I have access to as an intern in a hospital (Providerlink, Midas,
Valleylink) to complete necessary tasks such as Discharge Planning Assessments,
Discharge Progress Notes, Discharge Notes, Transition of Care packets, Transfer
packets, and FL2s.

Practice Behaviors
9.2 Provide leadership in promoting sustainable changes in service delivery
and practice to improve the quality of social services.
Attend training sessions and meetings and in-services to stay current with the services
the agency provides

I will stay informed on changes that effect patients and their health care.
