Stand Up and Move Around

The kids need to do something different often

Let them stand up and do a Chinese Fire Drill around the classroom
Do a couple Hindu squats at the beginning of class to get the blood flowing
Dont talk for too long, your voice gets annoying!
The students are sitting and passively listening for 6 hours a day, let them
vent
Provide a time for students to sit and chat and talk with friends and
neighbors. They only ever get to talk to their friends during the five minute
passing periods.
