BCCL informed FLSmidth that Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 to be planned to be commissioned by April - 2010 and main plant by Nov ~ 2010. Accordingly deliveries for Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be completed by 15" March 2010 and for main plant by 30" June 2010 2. BCCL informed the FLSmidth that new LS crusher and packer 5 will added for the Line-2 and amendment for PLC hardware and IMCC will be made accordingly. 3. BCCL requested FLSmidth to check the condition of the materials supplied for the Line-2 QCX and Cem Scanner at site. 4, FLSmidth will make detailed delivery schedule for supplies and submit to BCCL on or before 11" Dee 2009 5. BCCL requested FLSmidth to submit the detailed BOM as per PO for the Line-2 and also list of materials which already supplied for the same on or before 11"" Dec 2009 6. BCCL requested FLSmidth to submit the configuration for surveillance CCTV and Line-1 final documents on or before 9" Dec 2009 ‘The control scheme for IMCC shall be submitted by Entech on 7" Dec 2009 Feeder list for the Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be submitted by Entech on or before 8" Dee 2009 9. 10 List and P&I D for the Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be submitted by Entech on or before 11" Dec 2009 10. BID for the Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be submitted by Entech on or before 30" Dec 2009 11.10 configuration for the Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be submitted by FLSmidth on or before 18" Dec 2009 for approval 12.10 assignment for the Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be submitted by FLSmidth on or before 24" Dec 2009 for approval 13. IMCC GA for the Cement Mill 2 & 3 and Packing plant 3, 4 & 5 shall be submitted by FLSmidth on or before 21" Dec 2009 for approval 14, Engineering inputs for the main plant shall be submitted by Entech & BCCL by Jan-2010 15. OPC connectivity for Kiln spyrometer to be checked by FLSmidth and will send the clarification on the same. 16. The feeder related to the cooler and its hydraulics will be controlled by the cooler sub PLC, necessary feeder arrangement to be made in the IMCC. FLSmidth informed BCCL. all the diagnostic face plate related data’s will not be available for these feeders in ECS. lof2 ORO:17. 18. 19. 20. 21 22. 23. 24, 25. 26. The local stop PB for each feeder in the Cooler LCP will have an additional “NC” element wired upto TB for hardwired interlocking to MCC feeder. MCC start in the IMC shall be removed for the Line-2 Sufficient care to be taken for to isolate the power & control cable wirin; allays and the GA will be submitted for the same. Alll field power cable termination in IMCC shall be in the cable chamber only. FLSmidth will revert back for the same. Feeder grouping to be done in IMCC in consultation with Entech. BCCL advised FLSmidth to use the Line-1 final programme back as the base document for the Line-2 programming. All hooter connections shall be through relay board output. All hooters to be assigned at one location in each area BCCL requested FLSmidth to submit the list of forced inputs in the programme for Line-1 BCCL requested FLSmidth to provide following details i. Make and model.no for all instruments in FLSmidth scope Kiln Gear box Lub System, HTD, Startup oil firing system panel drawings |. Cooler water spray system panel drawings iv.
