Low productivity currently 0.4% (causes: declining availability of credit etc)
Low wage growth currently 0.1% p.a. Might result in fiscal drag (see Economist article about
declining income tax revenue)
Increased youth unemployment
Improving the labour market conditions
Making credit available to end users
