We expect to get your fullest cooperation and only with thet will we be able to teach you the subjects you will be assigned to, All of the officers are very well experienced in their particular railroeding line and will give you a great many pointers that will help you many times after leaving heres We are fully aware that each of you can't possibly absarb all the ine formation given to you in the short time, however, what you do take with you Will help you-got through many of your jobs a whole lot quicker and a lot easier. He is to be obeyed withe out qiestion on any of his onders ang he will shov you where your bunk is as well as the proper procedure in the making of your bede Everything mist be neat and clean for the protection of your health. 3e Each Saturday at 10:00 AeMe an inspection is made of all barracks, at which tine a group of officers will inspect your ovn personal appearance as woll as your bed, clothing, foot lockors, if you have oney and in fact, everything that is in the building. Anyone failing to pass the inspection will be restricted on passes for the weckeend. Your equipment ahd clothing should be in neat order at all times, as inspections are made almost daily. 4 Only the proper uniform willbe. allowed at all times, Absolutely NO insignia or cap braid will be allowed that i'sn't strictly regulation, When Wearing suntans you mst have your tie ony as well as your cap, when out in the areag When you are warking here in the area or in sports you will be ale lowed to take off what clothing: needed to facilitate your work or entertainment. Se Clothing mst not be left in your barracks bogs under any circumstances, as they are to be hung out in the air on hangerse, The clothing issued you is the very finest available and must be taken core of properly. If there ere any questions as to the proper procedures of courtesy any officer will be glad to help yai out. 7. AS to furloughs and passes while in the schodl here. Passes are issued evenings and week ends as long as they do not conflict with any of the school i activities.
