When you want to make a listing of information neat and easy to read in your writing piece, you can create a table. You can do this by going to the Table pull-down menu and selecting Insert to Table, or you can simply click on the table icon on the standard toolbar and choose your number of rows and columns. Change the above paragraph line spacing to 1.5 instead of single spacing. Below the paragraph, create a table with three columns and five rows.
