PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY 11.24.14

Picture Make-Up Day at Brooklyn Ascend East 98th Street Campus is Monday,
November 24th!
If you would like for your scholar to be photographed on make-up day please return
the bottom of this notice by TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18th to receive a picture
order form and envelope. If you would like to purchase your scholars photos from
Picture Day, please complete ALL of the information requested on the envelope and
enclose your payment. Be sure to review the photo options available to youyour
scholar can appear on a keychain, calendar, mouse pad, and even a holiday ornament!
Please note that money sent in will be given directly to the photographers, please
send exact change as the school will not be able to provide you with change.
Only scholars who submit a Picture Day envelope will be photographed on make-up
day. Picture day envelopes are due back by Thursday, November 20 th.
Scholars will be photographed in their school uniforms. As always, please do
not send your scholar to school in anything other than their uniform.
